I have such a hard time working out at home, so I am proud of myself for squeezing in a good cardio work out. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Tuesday 1&amp;#47;29&amp;#47;08 &lt;p&gt;&lt;p&gt;went to the gym and completed 70 minutes of cardio on two different elipticals, 50 minutes of strength training.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Wednesday 1&amp;#47;30&amp;#47;08&lt;p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Carie came over today....yeah&amp;#33; I was able to do 35 minutes on my eliptical and 10 minutes on the treadmill today. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Thursday 1&amp;#47;31&amp;#47;08&lt;p&gt;&lt;p&gt;went to the gym and completed 55 minutes of cardio, and 15 minutes of strength training. I had to cut my workout short today because I had my daughters with me and a snow storm was heading our way&amp;#33; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Friday 2&amp;#47;01&amp;#47;08&lt;p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Snow covered roads. I did a 45 minute cardio and sculpt video.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Saturday 2&amp;#47;02&amp;#47;08&lt;p&gt;&lt;p&gt;went to the gym and completed 45 minutes of cardio on two elipticals, 40 minutes of strength training and sculpting, and finished off with another 30 minutes of cardio on an eliptical. I really pushed myself today because I am hoping for a big loss&amp;#33;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Sunday 02&amp;#47;03&amp;#47;08&lt;p&gt;&lt;p&gt;met up with Carie at the gym &amp;#40;again&amp;#41;, and jogged for 10 minutes on the treadmill, and completed 50 minutes of additional cardio on an eliptical machine. Swam laps for 25 minutes. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Monday 02&amp;#47;04&amp;#47;08&lt;p&gt;&lt;p&gt;worked out at Carie&amp;#39;s house on her eliptical machine for 45 minutes. &amp;#40;745 calories burned....Wow&amp;#33;&amp;#41; Completed 25 minutes of &amp;#34;sculpting&amp;#34; exercises at home with a video. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Tuesday 02&amp;#47;05&amp;#47;08&lt;p&gt;&lt;p&gt;went to the gym and completed 60 minutes of cardio on two elipticals, and 45 minutes of strenght training. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Wednesday 02&amp;#47;06&amp;#47;08&lt;p&gt;&lt;p&gt;No exercise today. Still very sore from Tuesdays workout. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Thursday 02&amp;#47;07&amp;#47;08&lt;p&gt;&lt;p&gt;went to the gym and completed 50 minutes of cardio on two seperate elipticals, and swam laps for 45 minutes. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Friday 02&amp;#47;08&amp;#47;08&lt;p&gt;&lt;p&gt;No exercise today. I had every intention of exercising, but I spent the day running errands and ran out of time.  &lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Saturday 02&amp;#47;09&amp;#47;08&lt;p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Met Carie at the gym and completed 65 minutes of cardio, 45 minutes of strength training &amp;#38; &amp;#34;sculpting&amp;#34;, and swam laps for 45 minutes. I went to the doctor &amp;#38; he said that I have a serious ear infection in both ears and that my ear drums would &amp;#34;burst&amp;#34; later today. I was advised not to swim for two weeks, and no exercise for several days&amp;#33;&amp;#63;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Thursday 02&amp;#47;14&amp;#47;08&lt;p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Happy V-day&amp;#33; I am taking antibiotics and a pain reliever for my ears. I desperately want to exercise and I feel kinda terrible&amp;#33; I hope that I am able to do some exercise tommorrow.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Friday 02&amp;#47;15&amp;#47;08&lt;p&gt;&lt;p&gt;So, the Doctor said I should not exercise for &amp;#34;several days&amp;#34;, and no swimming for two weeks. I did some &amp;#34;light&amp;#34; floor exercises today and am planning on modifying my workout at the gym on Saturday. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Saturday 02&amp;#47;16&amp;#47;08&lt;p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Met with Carie at the gym today&amp;#33; Yeah&amp;#33; I completed 65 minutes of cardio on two ellipticals, but at a slower pace than usual. I did strenght training for 20 minutes. I was a little weak today, but it felt great to be back&amp;#33;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Sunday 02&amp;#47;17&amp;#47;08&lt;p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Met with Carie at the gym today and completed 55 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength training, and swam laps for 35 minutes. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Monday 02&amp;#47;18&amp;#47;08&lt;p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Went to the gym today and completed 65 minutes of cardio on two ellipticals, and 40 minutes of strenght training. &amp;#10;&amp;#40;Feeling better, but I still can&amp;#39;t hear&amp;#33;&amp;#41;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Tuesday 02&amp;#47;19&amp;#47;08&lt;p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Went to the gym and completed 55 minutes on two ellipticals and swam laps for 40 minutes.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Wednesday 02&amp;#47;20&amp;#47;08&lt;p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Carie came over today and I worked out on my elliptical for 45 minutes and my treadmill for 10 minutes. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Thursday 02&amp;#47;21&amp;#47;08&lt;p&gt;&lt;p&gt;No exercise today. I usually make it to the gym every Thursday morning, but there was an ice and snow storm today. &amp;#58;&amp;#40;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Friday 02&amp;#47;22&amp;#47;08&lt;p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Carie got me to the gym tonight&amp;#33; I usually dread getting out on a weeknight, but I am so glad I made it. I worked out on the ellipticals for 65 minutes, and 45 minutes of strength training. Thanks Carie&amp;#33; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Saturday 02&amp;#47;23&amp;#47;08&lt;p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Went to the gym and worked out on the ellipticals for 67 minutes and swam laps for an hour -  with no breaks in between&amp;#33;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Sunday 02&amp;#47;24&amp;#47;08&lt;p&gt;&lt;p&gt;More snow today. I cleaned the house for exercise today and did 15 minutes of sculpting exercises &amp;#40;crunches, squats, and leg lifts&amp;#41;. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Monday 02&amp;#47;25&amp;#47;08&lt;p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I took the kids over to Carie&amp;#39;s today for a play date. I exercised on her elliptical machine for 50 minutes. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Tuesday 02&amp;#47;26&amp;#47;08&lt;p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Went to the gym and completed 60 minutes of cardio on the elipticalls and 35 minutes of strenght training. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Wednesday 02&amp;#47;27&amp;#47;08&lt;p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Went to the gym and completed 60 minutes of cardio on the ellipticals and 45 minutes in a Pilates class. That&amp;#39;s right, I said PILATES&amp;#33;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Thursday 02&amp;#47;28&amp;#47;08&lt;p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Went to the gym and completed 55 minutes on the ellipticals and swam laps for 45 minutes. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Friday 02&amp;#47;29&amp;#47;08&lt;p&gt;&lt;p&gt;No exercise today and lots of bad food choices. Both of my daughters have the &amp;#34;stomach flu&amp;#34;. I had Nyomi&amp;#39;s birthday party planned for today, &amp;#38; had to cancel. I ended up taking Nyomi to the hospital because I was concerned about dehydration. She was given some medication and released.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Monday 03&amp;#47;03&amp;#47;08&lt;p&gt;&lt;p&gt;No exercise AGAIN today&amp;#33; I now have &amp;#34;stomach flu&amp;#34;. However,  I am happy to report that both of my daughters seem to be on the mend today. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Tuesday 03&amp;#47;04&amp;#47;08&lt;p&gt;&lt;p&gt;No exercise today. Swam laps for 30 minutes.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Monday 03&amp;#47;10&amp;#47;08&lt;p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Went to the gym and completed 70 minutes of cardio on three different machines, and lower body strenght training for 15 minutes.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Tuesday 03&amp;#47;11&amp;#47;08&lt;p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Went to the gym and completed 15 minutes of upper body strength training, a one hour YOGA CLASS &amp;#40;my first one EVER&amp;#33;&amp;#41;, and 40 minutes of carido. THEN....later in the evening I met my hubby at the gym for 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of swimming.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Wednesday 03&amp;#47;12&amp;#47;08&lt;p&gt;&lt;p&gt;For the first time in the past three months, I am actually too sore to work out. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Thursday 03&amp;#47;13&amp;#47;08&lt;p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Went to the gym and participated in a 60 min. It was my first one, so it took me awhile to get a rythm going. After the first 10 minutes, I &amp;#40;almost&amp;#41; enjoyed it&amp;#33; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;p&gt;Thursday 03&amp;#47;27&amp;#47;08&lt;p&gt;&lt;p&gt;No exercise today.
