Saturday 03/29/08
Went to the gym and did strength training for 30 minutes and cardio for 75 minutes on three different elliptical machines.
Friday 03/28/08
Went to the gym (at 9:00PM...not fun) and completed 70 minutes of cardio and swam laps for 20 minutes.

No exercise today. I needed a break from yesterday's class, and from not getting enough sleep the night before.

Carie met me at the gym today for a 50 minute spinning class. It was my first one, so it took me awhile to get a rythm going. After the first 10 minutes, I (almost) enjoyed it!

Went to the gym and did 40 minutes of strength training, 7 minutes on the stair master, and 55 minutes on an elliptical machine.

Went to the gym and completed 15 minutes of upper body strength training, a one hour YOGA CLASS (my first one EVER!), and 40 minutes of carido. THEN....later in the evening I met my hubby at the gym for 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of swimming.

No exercise AGAIN today! I now have "stomach flu". However, I am happy to report that both of my daughters seem to be on the mend today.

No exercise today. Both of my daughters have the "stomach flu". I had Nyomi's birthday party planned for today, & had to cancel. I ended up taking Nyomi to the hospital because I was concerned about dehydration. She was given some medication and released.

More snow today. I cleaned the house for exercise today and did 15 minutes of sculpting exercises (crunches, squats, and leg lifts).

Went to the gym and worked out on the ellipticals for 67 minutes and swam laps for an hour - with no breaks in between!

Carie got me to the gym tonight! I usually dread getting out on a weeknight, but I am so glad I made it. I worked out on the ellipticals for 65 minutes, and 45 minutes of strength training. Thanks Carie!

Met with Carie at the gym today! Yeah! I completed 65 minutes of cardio on two ellipticals, but at a slower pace than usual. I did strenght training for 20 minutes. I was a little weak today, but it felt great to be back!

So, the Doctor said I should not exercise for "several days", and no swimming for two weeks. I did some "light" floor exercises today and am planning on modifying my workout at the gym on Saturday.

Happy V-day! I am taking antibiotics and a pain reliever for my ears. I desperately want to exercise and I feel kinda terrible! I hope that I am able to do some exercise tommorrow.

I woke up this morning with severe pain in my ears. I went to the doctor & he said that I have a serious ear infection in both ears and that my ear drums would "burst" later today. I was advised not to swim for two weeks, and no exercise for several days!?

worked out at Carie's house on her eliptical machine for 45 minutes. (745 calories burned....Wow!) Completed 25 minutes of "sculpting" exercises at home with a video.
Sunday 02/03/08
met up with Carie at the gym (again), and jogged for 10 minutes on the treadmill, and completed 50 minutes of additional cardio on an eliptical machine. Swam laps for 25 minutes.
Saturday 2/02/08
went to the gym and completed 45 minutes of cardio on two elipticals, 40 minutes of strength training and sculpting, and finished off with another 30 minutes of cardio on an eliptical. I really pushed myself today because I am hoping for a big loss!
